Paper Submission
Submssion through the EasyChair site is now available. You will need to create an EasyChair account if you do not already have one.
Paper submissions fall into three categories:
- Position papers describing an idea, an opinion, or early-stage research.
- Research papers describing a conducted research study, an implemented system, or a review of prior research.
- HCIR challenge reports describing participation in the HCIR Challenge.
Submissions may be up to four pages in the ACM two-column format (Option 2 if using LaTeX). Papers should be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair.
Position and research papers are due by Monday June 14, 2010 (midnight PDT). Challenge reports are due by Monday July 12, 2010 (midnight PDT).
Position and research submissions will be reviewed by the programme committee. Submissions based on previously published work are permitted. Submission is not blind; author names and affiliations can be included on submissions. Submissions will be judged based on relevance to HCIR. Idea diversity across all submissions may also be considered. Working notes with all accepted papers will be published online before the event.
When submitting papers, presenters should indicate if they intend to present an accompanying system demonstration and have any particular technical needs.
